1. Eligibility: The Clean Ocean Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of BYBBA, MDSolarSciences, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Sponsor: The Giveaway is sponsored by BYBBA and MDSolarSciences ("Sponsors").
3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on Thursday, June 8th, at 8am Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Thursday, June 15th, at 7 pm ET ("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.
5. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps during the Giveaway Period:
a. Follow both @bybbagoods and @MDsolarsciences on Instagram.
b. Like the Giveaway post on either brand's Instagram page.
c. Tag two friends you plan to go to the beach with this summer in the comments of the Giveaway post.
d. Extra entry: Leave a comment on the latest grid post of either @bybbagoods or @MDsolarsciences on Instagram.
6. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Sponsors will notify the potential winner via direct message on Instagram within three (3) days following the end of the Giveaway Period. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the date of notification. If the potential winner fails to respond within the specified time, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made, except as provided by the Sponsors. The Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
8. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsors may, in their sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
9. Privacy: Any personal information provided by the participants will be used solely by the Sponsors for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant';s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
11. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights, and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsors in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of New York.
