TYPICAL TURN-AROUND TIME FOR DECORATING:

On-hand merchandise typically takes 7-10 business days from the time artwork is approved. Custom designs average 75 days to process.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Ideally, we request payment in full for all first time orders and custom projects before production begins.

HOW DOES CUSTOM WORK?

We offer full customization for larger scale projects. Here, you're able to choose from our library of recycled fabrics and apply them to any of our styles, along with color choices for all panels, rope detail, and packaging.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZED PACKAGING AND HANGTAGS?

Yes. This takes approximately one month from the time artwork is approved. All materials are 100% recycled and recyclable.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN YOUR COSTS?

No. Shipping is not included. We're happy to use your UPS or FedEx accounts.
