WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS?
12 Units for on-hand merchandise (blank or DTF) and 500 units for overseas production where bags can be fully customized from rope colors to packaging.
TYPICAL TURN-AROUND TIME FOR DECORATING:
On-hand merchandise typically takes 7-10 business days from the time artwork is approved. Custom designs average 75-90 days to process.
PAYMENT TERMS:
If you are a Distributor with an ASI or PPAI # we are happy to extend Net 30. Otherwise, we request payment in full for all first-time orders and custom projects before production begins.
HOW DOES CUSTOM WORK?

We offer FULL customization for larger scale projects over 500 units. Here, you're able to choose from our library of our exclusive and recycled fabrics and apply them to any of our styles, along with color choices for all panels, rope detail, and packaging.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMIZED PACKAGING AND HANGTAGS?
Yes. This takes approximately one month from the time artwork is approved. All materials are 100% recycled and recyclable.
IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN YOUR COSTS?
No. Shipping is not included on short lead projects. We're happy to use your UPS or FedEx accounts or bill you accordingly.

With every bag sold, we're funding the removal of 1 pound of plastic from oceans, rivers and coastlines in partnership with 4ocean. Their clean-ups take place on a global scale with a focus on ocean and coastal environments where plastic is at high risk of entering the ocean, including select rivers as well as vulnerable ecosystems like mangrove forests, coral reefs, estuaries and beaches. Together we're raising awareness about ocean plastic pollution and working to reduce the need for virgin plastics.
