All orders are processed with 3 business days. Orders received after 12 CST will be processed the following business day.

Standard Shipping in the U.S. is at the shipper's discretion but typically arrives within 5-7 business days. Expedited Shipping in the U.S. is available only when offered and typically arrives within 2-3 business days. Local delivery available in New York City only when offered. BYBBA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other exceptions. Once an order has been dispatched, BYBBA has no control over the length of time or ultimate delivery terms but will do our best to assist you with any issues.


Flat rates apply to all international destinations outside the U.S. and are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Customers will be charged duties and taxes at the discretion of the destination government.

International shipping typically takes 10-20 business days to deliver and may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and customs, depending on the destination. International orders are usually carried by USPS or UPS, which might hand off delivery to the local post office in your region. This hand off may or may not affect the tracking information associated with the order.

We’re happy to offer free U.S. returns on full priced items purchased online in unused condition, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund on the original payment method or store credit. If purchased at a specialty store, please return there.

Please note: We are unable to cover shipping costs or additional duties and fees charged for international returns.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom products may not be returned (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


If you live in the U.S. and would like to exchange an item, please contact info@bybba.com with your order information, the item you do not wish to keep, and place a new order for the desired exchange item. Items must be unused and with all packaging and must be received within 10 days from the date of purchase. We do not cover the cost of shipping and will credit you upon receiving the item back in its original condition.

For international exchanges, please start a return for the item you do not wish to keep by emailing info@bybba.com, and then place a new order separately for the desired exchange item. Please note, we are unable to refund duties and fees paid to Customs as part of the initial or exchange order and return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.


All products purchased through BYBBA.com have a 1-year limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Please note that this does not cover general wear-and-tear.

Manufacturing errors are rare, but if you receive a defective product, please send an email to info@bybba.com as soon as possible, including 1) your original order number, 2) a brief description of the issue and 3) a couple of clear images.

For international warranty claims: We’re happy to ship replacements for defective products, but we are unable to reimburse for additional duties and fees that may be charged by Customs as a result.

For warranty claims on product purchased outside of bybba.com. We’re always happy to answer questions related to our products, but we are unable to process any returns, credits, or replacements for product purchased outside of bybba.com.
